WAIKOLOA, Hawaii - The Oregon men's golf team shot even-par as a team over its three days in Waikoloa, Hawaii, en route to an 11th-place finish at the Amer Ari Invitational.

Oregon placed 12th at the tournament a season ago.

After a two-round average of 288 (E), the Ducks shot 288 as a team on Friday afternoon to wrap up the tournament with an even-864 (287-289-288=864), just one stroke behind 10th-place Arizona State (291-282-290=863).

UCLA (277-280-285=842) beat Washington (280-275-287=842) in a playoff to win the invitational.

Freshman Brandon McIver shot an even-par 72 today to wrap up his tournament at one-under par (72-71-72=215).  McIver was the Ducks' individual leader, placing in a tie for 26th in the overall individual standings.  Freshmen Sulman Raza (77-74-68=219) finished in a tie for 55th with teammates Jonathan Woo (68-77-74=219) and Zach Foushee (76-72-71=219) after his four-under (68) final round.  Raza's performance today was the second-lowest round of his young career - he shot a 67 in the first round of the Pac-12 Preview last fall.

Seniors Tyler Parker (70-74-76=220) and Robbie Ziegler (77-70-74=221) placed in a tie for 60th and 66th, respectively.

The Ducks next hit the links in 10 days for a three-day tournament (Feb. 18-20) at The Prestige in La Quinta, Calif.
