Oregon's Parker Named To Pac-12 All-Academic First Team

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. — Oregon senior Tyler Parker was tabbed as a first team All-Academic selection, the Pac-12 Conference announced on Thursday morning.

Parker, a native of Portland, Ore., will graduate from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration in June. He entered the spring with a 3.81 grade point average.

Parker lettered four years for the Ducks (2010-13) after transferring from the University of Arizona, where he was a student during the 2008-09 school year.

The Oregon Ducks advanced to the NCAA Regionals for the 21st time in school history in 2013. They placed eighth at the Tallahassee Regional.
