EUGENE, Ore. - After a five-dual road trip including four matches against top-50 schools, the University of Oregon women's tennis team returns home for conference duals with No. 43 Utah and Colorado this weekend (Apr. 6-7) at the Student Tennis Center.

Oregon (9-7, 0-6 Pac-12) is looking to get back to their winning ways at home where they have built a 6-2 record this spring.

The Ducks have been strong throughout the spring in doubles and have made winning the first point of the dual a major emphasis this season.  Leading Oregon in this area of the game has been their No. 1 doubles team comprised of junior Patricia Skowronski and freshman Sofia Hager.  The Duck pairing is 9-7 this spring at No. 1 doubles and comes into the match against the Utes on a three-match winning streak.  In their two most recent matches Skowronski and Hager took down USC's No. 2 ranked tandem of Kaitlyn Christian and Sabrina Santamaria, 8-7 (4) and UCLA's No. 11 pairing of Robin Anderson and Skylar Morton.

The No. 53 Utah Utes travel to Eugene with an 8-8 overall record but without a Pac-12 conference win.  At 0-5, Utah's trip will take them from Eugene to Seattle to take on the Washington Huskies.  The Utes are led by senior and No. 77 ranked Anastasia Putilina who has compiled a 9-5 record at No. 1 singles.  Utah has struggled in doubles this year with their No. 1 team of Callie Craig and Putilina standing at 6-10 on the year; something the Ducks will surely look to take advantage of early.  The dual is scheduled to begin at noon.

Colorado (7-9, 0-5 Pac-12) travels to Eugene in the midst of a six-match road trip.  The Buffs will play the Huskies on Friday (Apr. 6) before facing the Ducks on Saturday (Apr. 7) at noon.  Colorado is led by sophomores Kristina Schleich and Winde Janssens who have combined to post a singles record of 15-15 from No. 1 and 2 singles.  Schlieich's 32 career singles wins are tops on the Colorado squad.

Both matches will be played at the Student Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Oregon.  The STC is located behind McArthur Court and next to Howe Field and as always admission is free.
