2014-15: Cross Country – Placed 21st at the 6,000 meter Bill Dellinger Invitational (21:14).

2013-14: Outdoor – Came in second at the Oregon Relays with a personal record time of 34:52.98 in the 10,000 meters…also set a PR in the 5,000 meters at the OSU High Performance (17:00.27). Indoors – Redshirt Season. Cross Country - Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the three-mile race at the PSU Viking Classic with a time of 16:25.26 as Oregon swept Portland, Portland State and Oregon State...finished in 17th in the 5,000 meters at the Coast to Coast Battle in Beantown with a time of 17:35 to help the green and yellow claim second…posted a time of 17:23 at the Dellinger Invitational and finished in 15th (5,000 meters)…recorded a time of 21:04.97 in the 6,000 meters at Pre-Nationals and took 55th amongst 340 racers…helped guide the Duck women to a fourth-place finish at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:25 and placed 21st overall…placed 31st at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 20:22 and helped the Duck women take third overall…earned Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention selection…finished the 6,000-meter race at the La Verne Gibson Cross Country Course in 21:35.6 at the NCAA Cross Country Championship. Season Bests: Outdoors – 5,000 Meters – 17:00.27 (PR), OSU High Performance Meet, Corvallis, Ore. (5/2/14); 10,000 Meters – 34:52.98 (PR), Oregon Relays, Eugene, Ore. (4/18/14).

2012-13: Outdoor – Ran the 10,000 at the Pac-12 Championships where she finished 11th in a personal-best time of 37:37.51…also ran the 1,500, 3,000 and 5,000 during the season, making appearances in a total of seven meets…ran a personal-best in the 5,000 at the Stanford Invitational (17:07.07). Indoor – Raced at the MPSF Championships and the UW Invitational…ran the 5,000 (17:32.55) and the 3,000 (9:54.45), respectively. Cross Country - Began freshman season with a 12th place finish at the Dellinger Invitational with a time of 17:13 (5,000 meters), and contributed to the team’s first place finish at the meet. Came in 52nd in the 6,000 meter race against 264 other competitors with a time of 21:05.8. Also helped the Ducks finish second overall as a team. Competed in the Pac-12 Conference Championships and placed 24th with an individual time of 21:03 (6,000 meters). Was a key member of the Oregon team helping the Ducks win the Pac-12 Conference. Ran the 6,000 meter race at the NCAA Division One West Regional in a time of 20:36, earning a 34th place finish and helping the Ducks take home first place at the meet. Ran at the NCAA Championships with a time of 21:12.2 (6,000 meters) and helped the Ducks secure the national title. Season Bests: Outdoors – 5,000 Meters – 17:07.07, Stanford Invitational, Stanford, Calif. (3/29/13); 10,000 Meters – 37:39.51, Pac-12 Championships, Los Angeles, Calif. (5/11/14).

Prep: Undefeated in state championship meets all four years at Kennebunk High School. Capped her senior year with wins at 1,600 and 3,200 meters. Began senior season by capturing her fourth consecutive Maine state A cross country title to earn her fourth straight girls Gatorade Cross Country Runner of the Year honors for Maine. Is the first female runner ever to win four straight cross country titles in Maine. Finished second for the third year in a row at the Foot Locker Northeast Regional and went on to take fourth at the Foot Locker nationals in San Diego in 17:35.3. On the track, won four state titles at 1,600 meters, three at 3,200 meters (2010, 2011, 2012) and one at 800 meters as a freshman in 2009. Hit 1,600 meter prep best of 4:51.57 as a sophomore in 2010. Timed her PRs in both the two miles (10:26.59) and 1,500 meters (4:36.71) at the 2010 New Balance Nationals. Also set prep PR in the 3,000 meters as a sophomore at the New Balance Boston Twilight (9:47.64). After winning the 1,600 and 3,200 state titles as a junior in 2011, went on to win the 3,200 at the New England Championships in a personal-best 10:19.09. High School Bests: 1,500 Meters - 4:36.71, 2010; 1,600 Meters - 4:51.57, 2010; Mile - 4:56.22, 2010; 3,000 Meters - 9:47.64, 2011; 3,200 Meters - 10:19.09, 2011.
