Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter the stadium. All Patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the stadium.

Gates

Gates open 60 minutes prior to first pitch.

Duplicate Ticket Policy

Due to the abuse of the duplicate ticket policy as well as the increased concerns over counterfeit and duplicate tickets, the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office adopted a new duplicate ticket policy beginning at the start of the 2006 Football Season. Tickets that are lost, stolen, or misplaced will be duplicated by the ticket office and will be ready for pick-up at the Will-Call window on game-day only. Arrangements can only be made by the ticket holder of record. A Visa or Mastercard number must be provided at the time of your duplicate ticket request. The customer's supplied credit card will be charged the face value for any original ticket(s) not returned to the Oregon Athletic Ticket Offi ce within 10 days of the event for which tickets were duplicated. NOTE: Duck Athletic Fund members are allowed to replace two sets of their baseball tickets without being charged. DAF members will be charged the full amount on their third duplicate request.

Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.
