EUGENE, Ore. - The University of Oregon shot one-under par as a team and is 10 strokes behind leaders TCU (277) and UCLA (277) after 18 holes at the Amer Ari Invitational in Waikoloa, Hawaii.

The Ducks (287) currently sit in a tie for eighth place with Pac-12 rival Stanford.

Sophomore Jonathan Woo paced the Ducks with a four-under 68.  He finished in a second-place tie after day one in the individual standings.  Senior Tyler Parker followed Woo's lead with a two-under round (70) and freshman Brandon McIver carded an even-par 72.  Parker and McIver are currently in a tie for 14th and 39th place, respectively.

Freshman Sulman Raza and senior Robbie Ziegler each shot a 77 (+5) and are tied for 96th.  Freshman Zach Foushee competed as an individual and shot a four-over 88.

The 2013 Amer Ari Invitational features eight NCAA Division I schools ranked in the top-25 nationally and 20 schools overall.  The Ducks will tee off their second round at the Par-72, 7,074-yard King's Course in Waikoloa, Hawaii, tomorrow morning (Feb. 7).  Live coverage of the second round is available at golfstatresults.com.
