Raymond "Butch" Morse
Position: Hall of Fame Inductee
Other Position: 1997 Inductee, Football (1932-1934)

A two-time all-Pacific Coast Conference honoree, Morse earned All-Coast and All-America acclaim his final year. The senior co-captain, who was chosen to Oregon's all-time football team by the Register-Guard and was inducted into the State of Oregon Sports Hall of Fame, starred with the Detroit Lions in the NFL until drafted into the military in 1940. Coached the Air Corps' Randolph Field Flyers to a 7-7 tie against heavily-favored Texas in the 1944 Cotton Bowl.
