Bill Steers
Position: Hall of Fame Inductee
Other Position: 1996 Inductee, Football (1917-1920)

Any mention of Oregon's most versatile football players of all time always includes Bill Steers as he played quarterback and guard in addition to his talents as kicker. The three-time Pacific Coast Conference pick and second-team All-American starred in the 1920 rose Bowl, drop-kicking a 25-yard field goal in the Ducks' 7-6 loss to Harvard. He was named to the University's all-time team as a starting guard by the Register-Guard in 1992.
