Played in and started the first five games of the year before going down with a season-ending knee injury...received a medical hardship and will return for the 2013-14 season.
AS A JUNIOR | 2011-12
Was named to the 2012 Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team…Earned the team's Scholar Athlete Award...Oregon’s back-up point guard, appeared off the bench in 30 games and finished second on the roster with 63 assists…averaged 2.7 points and 1.6 rebounds per game while shooting 42.9 percent (6-of-14) from three-point range…led the Ducks in assists on five occasions, and when recording four assists or more, the Ducks were an undefeated 4-0…scored a career-best 13 points, knocked down two three-pointers and recorded a game and career-high eight assists in UO’s season-opening 102-93 win over Cal Poly (11/13)...scored 10 points off the bench in win over Weber State (11/24)... dished a game-high six assists in win over UC Irvine (11/25)...recorded a season-high six rebounds and added four assists in 79-75 win over Cal State Northridge (12/19)…led the Ducks with four assists and three steals, while also scoring four points in UO’s 64-62 win at Colorado (03/01).
AS A SOPHOMORE | 2010-11
Was named to the 2011 Pac-10 All-Academic First Team as a biology major with a 3.68 gpa…was also awarded the 2011 Green & Gold Award recipient for contributions to the program on and off the floor…played in 20 games, backing up Nia Jackson and Ariel Thomas at the point guard position…averaged 0.4 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game…scored her first points of the season in an 110-60 win against Sacramento State (11/28)...set then career highs with a game-high tying four assists and a game-high five steals as well as five rebounds in an 82-71 victory over Denver (12/17)...dished a game-high tying and career best seven assists in 18 minutes of action during a 99-72 win at Santa Clara (12/21)...shared the team lead with five assists and grabbed a career-high seven rebounds in loss at Arizona (12/31).
AS A FRESHMAN | 2009-10
Impressed during fall workouts and walked on to the roster...appeared in 11 games off the bench, averaging 0.5 points and 0.5 rebounds per game.
A 2009 graduate of Sunset High School in Portland, Ore...a four-sport athlete, participated in volleyball and soccer for the Apollos, and was a four-year letterwinner in basketball and track...on the basketball court received first team all-Metro honors during her junior and senior seasons...also was a McDonald’s All-American nominee during her senior season...on the volleyball court was a first team all-Metro outside hitter her junior season...switched to the soccer field her senior year and was a second team all-Metro League forward......went to the state track & field finals during her junior and senior seasons competing in the long jump and placing fifth at the state meet in 2009...also competed in the high jump, triple jump and 4x100 relay for the Apollos during her career...in the classroom at Sunset HS was a honor roll student and received the Dean’s Scholarship...as a senior was named Sunset’s Female Athlete of the Year...also was awarded the Jerry Pflug Award - given to the Most Outstanding Female Athlete over her four-year high school career.
Played two years of club basketball for Clutch Players and coaches Jason Fawcett and Jeremy Nesbitt...was named to the all-tournament team at the 2008 End of the Oregon Trail Tournament...teammates included Sarah Griffin (Portland) and Shannon Reader (Gonzaga).
Majoring in human physiology and psychology, with hopes of becoming a heart surgeon..parents are Robert Stanulis and Arla Melum...has one sister, Kathryn.
