The four-star recruit was ranked as the third-best overall player in the state of Washington as well as the 25th offensive tackle in the country at his position by Rivals.com … The PrepStar all-west region choice also was included on the Tacoma News Tribune’s Western 100 ledger as the four-year starter attracted all-state attention his final two seasons … The three-time Greater St. Helens League standout helped lead the Hawks to a 7-3 mark and a second-place league finish after climbing as high as fifth in the state … The two-time all-region honoree also was on the school’s wrestling team as a freshman before playing football and basketball his final three prep seasons.
