PERSONAL — Born Willie Ray Glasper on May 5, 1986 in Walnut Creek, Calif. Parents: Willie and Joyce Glasper. Family: One sister. High School (Coach): De La Salle (Bob Ladouceur) 2004. Major: Political Science. Redshirt: 2005.

2009 — One of Oregon's most experienced defenders moved into the starting rotation at cornerback following the injury to Walter Thurmond before suffering his own season-ending injury in practice prior to the sixth game of the season . . . Has taken over without missing of a beat, tallying 4 tackles and a TFL vs. California before returning the following week to add 3 stops against Washington State.

2008 — Sixth among defensive backs with 21 tackles, including 19 solo stops … Served as a “gunner” on all return and coverage units … Earned game ball award for special teams play in win over UCLA … Posted a season-high four tackles against Utah State … Had multiple tackles on seven occasions, including three apiece vs. UCLA and Arizona … Has played in all 39 games since the start of 2006.

2007 —
25 tackles ranked sixth among defensive backs … Recorded a career-high seven tackles and recovered a fumble against Arizona State … Contributed six stops and posted a season-high 55 snaps in the season opener vs. Houston … First career TFL among a pair of unassisted tackles in win at Michigan … Appeared in all 13 games.

2006 — Credited with three of his tackles on kick coverage units while playing in all 13 games as a reserve defensive back and special teams contributor … Picked up season-high three tackles vs. Oklahoma as well as single stops on five other occasions, including one in the Las Vegas Bowl vs. BYU … Injuries allowed him to step into the starting lineup vs. Portland State, logging a career-high 62 snaps and his first collegiate interception.

2005 —
Earned scout team defensive player-of-the-week accolades for aiding team’s preparations in win over Fresno State during redshirt campaign.

HIGH SCHOOL —
Accumulating Parade, SuperPrep and Prepstar All-America accolades, the unanimous No. 1 prep cornerback candidate in the West (SuperPrep) was rated as the sixth-best cornerback in the nation (TheInsiders.com) … Finished 12th in the Long Beach Press-Telegram’s Best in the West balloting while the two-time Contra Costa Times first-team all-area recipient was fifth on the publication’s 2003 Cream of the Crop ledger … California’s ninth-ranked prep prospect averaged 7.2 yards per carry (775 yards) and scored 14 touchdowns on the ground his senior season in addition to grabbing 14 catches for 224 yards and two scores … Also passed for one TD to lead the Spartans to their 12th straight undefeated season (13-0) … Included were 120 yards rushing (8.6 avg.) and three touchdowns vs. Palma … Ranked third in the Bay Valley League in rushing and seventh in the area in scoring (102 points).
