New Season Tickets
Single Game Tickets Single game tickets will be available for all home games this year, and will go on sale Monday October 19, 2009. The ticket office will only be selling home basketball tickets, for any away game tickets please contact the host institution. Tickets will be available for purchase online at www.goducks.com, in person at the Len Casanova Center Ticket Office, or via telephone by calling (541) 346-4461 or 1-800-WEBFOOT.
All-session tickets to the 2009-10 Pac-10 Women's Basketball Tournament will be available for purchase beginnning on October 12, 2009. This year's tournament will take place March 11-14, 2010 at the Galen Center in Los Angeles. All-session tickets will be $90 each and will be located in a lower-level Oregon section at the Galen Center. General Information Ticket Delivery In general, single game tickets will be mailed to our customers two to four weeks prior to the game. If you need your tickets to be placed in will call, please contact the UO Athletic Ticket Office. Please remember that a valid Photo ID is required to pick up all will call tickets. The ID must match the name of the purchaser or the purchase instructions. For our customer's protection, all address changes must be submitted on an Oregon Athletic Ticket Office address form, or by submitting an account update form online. It is your responsibility to inform the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office of any changes to your address, or contact information. Please contact the Ticket Office at 1-800-WEBFOOT for an official form or click on the account update link shown above. Accessible seating is extremely limited at Mac Court. Those needing to make accessible seating requests must do so by contacting the UO Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please call us at 1-800-WEBFOOT or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office in the Casanova Center. Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter Mac Court. All Patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the arena. Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Beginning with the 2009-10 athletic season, there will now be a $10 per ticket charge for all duplicate requests, including Print-at-Home tickets. Original tickets will no longer need to be returned to our office and there will be no refunds issued. Duck Athletic Fund members will be permitted to receive one set of duplicates without being charged (limit of 8 total tickets). We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change. University of Oregon and Visiting School student athlete guest admissions will take place inside Gate 1 of Mac Court starting 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Photo ID is REQUIRED. Will Call for the 2009-2010 Women's Basketball season will be located at the ticket window next to Gate 1 off of University Street. Photo ID is REQUIRED. Student Tickets Selected Women's Basketball games may require a ticket for entry. For all other games, students only need a current UO student photo ID card for admission. Check the Oregon Daily Emerald for game requirements and schedules. Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip-off. McArthur Court is located at 1601 University St. in Eugene, Or. 97403 Take Interstate 5 south to Eugene and turn onto the I-105 Westbound exit (exit 146b). From I-105, take the first exit for Eugene Downtown / Coburg Road. This is a split exit, so stay in the left hand lane for Eugene Downtown and the U of O. After you merge, move into the left lane as you go over the Ferry Street Bridge. This lane will become the right lane after the overpass. Continue as the road curves left (this is now Broadway / Franklin Blvd). Turn right onto Moss and proceed to turn left on Agate. Travel up to 15th or 18th St. If you turn right on 15th, turn left on University St. McArthur Court is located onUniversity St. on the left hand side. If you turn right on 18th, turn right on University St. and McArthur court is on the right hand side. Take Interstate 5 North to the Eugene / Franklin Blvd. / UO exit (exit 192). This merges with Franklin Blvd westbound. Get in the left hand lane and continue to the main University entrance at Agate Street. Turn left at Agate and travel up to 15th st or 18th St. If you turn right on 15th, turn left on University St. McArthur Court is located onUniversity St. on the left hand side. If you turn right on 18th, turn right on University St. and McArthur court is on the right hand side.
