2009-10: Outdoors: Raced in four meets at Hayward Field. Set a PR in the 1,500 (3:51.31) at the Pepsi Team Invitational. Cross Country: Opened season as Oregon's No. 5 runner at the Mike Hodges Invitational. Season Bests: Outdoors - 1,500 Meters - 3:51.31 (PR), Pepsi Team Invitational, Eugene, Ore. (4/30/10).

2008-09: After opening up at 4:00.74 at the Oregon Preview, lowered his 1,500 meter time in three of his next four races. Set a PR at 3:55.35 at the Pepsi Team Invitational before lowering his best to 3:54.01 in the UCLA dual meet. Just missed that time at the Oregon relays (3:54.09) before setting another PR in his final meet of the year, running 3:52.74 at the Oregon Twilight. Did compete indoors or race cross country. Season Bests: Outdoors - 1,500 Meters - 3:52.74, Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/9/09).

2007-08: Ran in the 1,500 meters twice, at the Oregon Relays and the Oregon Twilight. Competed in three cross country races, including one for UO – the Beaver Classic (17th). Earlier in the season, raced unattached in the Willamette Invitational and Mike Hodges Invitational. Season Bests: Outdoors - 1,500 Meters - 3:56.61, Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/9/08).

2006-07: Redshirted track and cross country seasons. Competed unattached in three track races outdoors in the 1,500 meters and 3,000 meters. In cross country, raced twice unattached in the Willamette Invitational and Mike Hodges Invitational. Season Bests: Outdoors – 1,500 Meters – 4:02.46, Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/6/07); 3,000 Meters – 8:47.70 (PR), Oregon Preview, Eugene, Ore. (3/17/07).

Prep: Finished second in the 3A state cross country championships as a senior (16:35.00) for Cottage Grove High School, and also qualified as a junior (24th, 17:24). Capped senior season with Oregon-Washington Border Clash debut. Scored in the 3A state 1,500 meters as a senior (fifth, 4:08.60) and junior (seventh, 4:10.53). As senior, ranked second in the 3A state rankings and eighth among all classes in 3,000 meters (9:01.19). Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track. High School Bests: 800 Meters – 1:58; 1,500 Meters – 4:06; 3,000 Meters - 9:01.19 (2006).
