In 2006-07, joined UO’s decorated sprint corps that has claimed five All-America honors in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays the past two seasons. Claimed Oregon 4A prep state titles in the 100m and 200m as a senior and was also a state champion in the 4x100m as a junior. Prep: As a senior in 2006, won Oregon 4A state title in 100m (11.08, w:-1.7; 11.04-p, w:-2.8) and 200m (22.05, w:-1.5) and anchored both relays to top-six finishes (4x100m, fourth, 42.96; 4x400m, sixth, 3:25.50). Also placed in state meet as a junior (100m, fourth, 10.99, w:0.0; 4x100m, first, 42.09) and sophmore (4x100m, fifth, 43.39, 43.11p; 100m, 16th-p, 11.73, w:-0.7). During senior season, led state season best list in the 100m (10.75a) and ranked second in the 200m (21.73a), and ranked top-five as a junior in the 100m (fifth, 10.91a).
