Women's Basketball Signs Australian Guard to NLI

Head coach Kelly Graves has signed 6-foot-2 guard Anneli Maley to a National Letter of Intent.
EUGENE, Ore. - Oregon head coach Kelly Graves has announced 6-foot-2 Australian guard Anneli Maley has signed a NLI for the upcoming 2017-18 season.
Maley joins 6-foot-4 German forward Satou Sabally and 5-foot-9 Spanish guard Aina Ayuso as incoming freshmen for the Ducks.
"Anneli is a big-time player with a strong competitive spirit," Graves said. "She's used to playing on a big stage. She's very athletic, a tremendous rebounder and attacks the basket with fury. She also has a very high basketball IQ. Anneli has an infectious personality and will be a great teammate."
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Competed with the U16, U17, U18 and U19 Australian national teams…Helped Australia to a gold medal while averaging 10.2 points and 11 rebounds per game at the 2014 FIBA Oceania U18 Championship…Averaged 4.7 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game at the 2015 FIBA U19 World Championship in Moscow…Played with Stanford forward Alanna Smith on the U19 roster...Defeated Maite Cazorla and Spain in the third place game of the tournament.
