Former UO linebacker Tom Graham passes away at 67

Oregon's all-time leading tackler was inducted into the Ducks' hall of fame in 2001.
DENVER -- Former Oregon standout Tom Graham, who still holds the school mark for most tackles in a career more than 45 years since his collegiate playing days, passed away on Tuesday following complications from brain cancer, as reported by the Denver Post.
An honorable-mention All-America and first-team all-conference selection, Graham lettered for the Ducks from 1969 to 1971, sharing the Autzen Stadium field with the likes of fellow UO legends Dan Fouts, Bob Newland and Ahmad Rashad (Bobby Moore). Graham's 433 career tackles and 206 in a single season (1969) both rank first all-time in the Oregon record book.
Graham, a 2001 inductee into the Oregon Athletics Hall of Fame, was a fourth-round pick of the Denver Broncos in the 1972 NFL Draft. He played for the Broncos from 1972 until a trade to the Kansas City Chiefs in 1974. All told, he spent seven seasons in the NFL, including stops in San Diego (1975-77) and Buffalo (1978).
A public service for Graham will take place at 10 a.m. MT on June 9 at Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church in Greenwood Village, Colo.
