
Fawcett Named Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week

The Pac-12 conference announced on Tuesday morning that Oregon soccer junior Kyra Fawcett has been named the Pac-12 offensive player of the week after a stellar outing that led the Ducks to a perfect 2-0 weekend.
EUGENE, Ore. – The Pac-12 conference announced on Tuesday morning that Oregon soccer junior Kyra Fawcett has been named the Pac-12 offensive player of the week after a stellar outing that led the Ducks to a perfect 2-0 weekend.
Fawcett recorded both of UO's game-winning goals over the weekend as the Ducks went undefeated in the Boise State Tournament earning wins over Oklahoma and Cal Poly.
This is Fawcett's first-career honor and 14th all-time offensive laurel for Oregon.
The Bountiful, Utah native finished the weekend with six shots, five on goal, coming off the bench in both matches.
The Ducks will be back in action this Friday hosting Idaho at 7 p.m. before heading to California to take on UC Irvine Sunday.
