Charles Dougherty joined the Oregon athletic department in August 2007 and is the operations manager at Matthew Knight Arena.
Prior to earning his role as operations manager in 2010, Dougherty spent three years as a trades/maintenance worker with the Ducks.
Dougherty graduated from the University of Oregon in 2008 with a degree in fine arts. In his time as a student at Oregon, Dougherty worked as a student worker in the custodial and maintenance departments.
