Associate Athletic Director, Student-Athlete Development

Katie Harbert joined the Oregon athletic department in 2007. As Assistant Athletic Director for student-athlete development, Harbert provides career counseling and workshops, plans personal development programs, and advises student-athletes on their future after college. She also coordinates O Heroes community service events and contributes to the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.

Harbert was an academic coach for a Massachusetts high school and athletic counselor for football, wrestling and men’s track and field at Springfield College before coming to Eugene.

Harbert is originally from Eugene and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in psychology from Pacific Lutheran University and a Masters in education from Springfield College.
