Football season ticket renewal applications are due February 28, 2020. Renewal applications not received by this date are considered late and are subject to seat relocation.
NOTE: No changes or additions may be made to your renewal/order once you submit your renewal application.

Single game, non-conference, home tickets on sale online to the general public at 6pm. Subject to availability, excludes Ohio State.

Address change deadline for season ticket shipment.

Single game, conference, home game and all away game tickets on sale online to the general public at 6pm. Subject to availability.

Final payment for payment plan customers due.

For just $45 you can have an Oregon stadium seat installed at your season location for the entire 2020 football season. Reserve your chairback when you renew your season tickets. Proceeds directly support Oregon Athletics.
Don't forget to place your order prior to the ticket renewal deadline, as the price increases to $55 after July 1, 2020.

How-To RENEW Video
Season ticket holders are encouraged to renew their season tickets online. It's quick, easy, and eliminates postage and paperwork!
Go to the official ticket site of Oregon Athletics (CLICK HERE):
- Choose from the following options:
- If you have never purchased tickets through our Account Manager site online before: Click on the Forgot your Password?. As prompted, enter your email address. You will than receive an email to create your personal password. number and PIN number, located above your name on your Football Renewal Application.
- If you have purchased through our Account Manage site before: Sign in using the email address and password you have previously used online.
- Once signed in, you will click on the Pay Invoice button on the bottom of the page to view your 2020 Football Renewal and continue through the online process as prompted.
- After submitting your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email confirming and detailing your order. Print this for your records.

Payment
Renew online at goducks.com or mail the paper renewal application with the appropriate payment. Football renewal applications are not accepted by fax. Renewals can by paid for with the following payment options; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Cash (in person only), Payroll Deduction (UO employees).
Payroll Deduction: University of Oregon employees have the option to pay for their season tickets using the payroll deduction
method located on the bottom right portion of the renewal application. All fields must be filled out to remain
eligible for the payroll deduction plan. You must select which month to start (no earlier than December) and the number of equal deductions. All payroll deductions must be completed by your May paycheck.
Payroll deduction forms must be received by the 6th of the month to be deducted from that months' paycheck.
Payment Plan (for season ticket renewals)
Automatic Deduction - Multiple payment plans are available for 2020 football season ticket renewals. Depending on when the renewal is submitted, payment plans ranging from 3-7 months may be selected. Payments, made on a credit/debit card, will be divided evenly for the number of selected months on existing season tickets in your account. Subsequent payments will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit account on the last business day of each month. Miscellaneous items must be paid in full at the time the renewal application is submitted to the Ticket Office.
*The credit card provided must be valid through July 2020.
Check Only - Multiple payment plans are available for 2020 football season ticket renewals. Depending on when the renewal is submitted, payment plans ranging from 3-7 months may be selected. Payments will be divided evenly for the number of selected months on existing season tickets in your account. Subsequent payments will be due on the last business day of each month. Miscellaneous items must be paid in full at the time the renewal application is submitted to the Ticket Office.
Reminder billings will be mailed 10-15 days prior to each payment.
**NOTE: A $25 late fee will incur for any payments made after the deadlines. This includes checks returned for insufficient funds as well as declined or invalid credit cards.
**All payment plans not completed by July 1, 2020 will be suspended, and the season ticket(s) will be released.
Previous payments will be applied to the account holder for single home football game ticket purchases
during the 2020 season. Refunds will not be issued.
Faculty AND Staff Tickets
Eligible University of Oregon employees can purchase up to two (2) season tickets at a reduced rate. Renewing tickets can be paid for by payroll deduction, check or credit card, in the name of the employee. Tickets are not transferable and are issued specifically for the use of employees, their spouse, family and or guest(s). Eligible employees are full-time UO faculty or staff (minimum .50 FTE).
DAF Donor Seating, Parking & the Priority System Duck Athletic Fund
Season ticket holders must renew by February 28th in order to retain their current seats with the full amount due by June 26th. Customers who do not meet these deadlines are subject to relocation. Minimum DAF giving levels are listed in the 2020 DAF membership brochure and online at GoDucks.com/DAF. The University of Oregon uses the Priority Point System to prioritize all benefits for Oregon Athletics.
Athletic Benefits/Priority Seating
All rewards and benefits are filled in priority point order and then according to consecutive years of season ticket purchase for non-Duck Athletic Fund Members. You must be a current member to have active points. Membership begins by making a minimum pledge of $50 to the Duck Athletic Fund for the 2020 calendar year.
Oregon's Priority Point System
Our priority point system enables Oregon to have a structured order process for handling all benefits and requests. Our goal is to reward longtime supporters of Oregon Athletics while allowing new members to get involved. All Duck Athletic Fund contributions go to student-athlete support.
Priority Point Formula
1 point per $10: Current year unrestricted DAF pledges
1 point per $100: Lifetime athletic donations and restricted gifts
1 point per $500: Deferred pledges
1 point per consecutive year of season ticket purchases
Priority Calculations
Points are recalculated based on current records, four times a year:
February 28th, June 1st, October 25th and December 31st.
Please note that variations occur and that there are no guarantees for seating requests.
The Club at Autzen's popularity has made attrition extremely low for these premium seats making it difficult to access this popular area. Located on the south side of Autzen Stadium above the concourse level between the *10 yards lines, this area features seats with chair backs, armrests, cup holders and access to the climate controlled Club Room. The Club experience offers upgraded concessions, the Club at Autzen Duck Store, televisions, elevator/escalator access and the perfect place to socialize pregame and at halftime.
Donors purchasing seats in the upper levels of Sections 28 and 34 will have the ability to request Club access by donating a minimum of $1,100 per seat. For more information on how to request these seats, contact your local DAF office.
Priority Points for football will be calculated based on gifts received as of February 28, 2020. If you are interested in how to accumulate priority points please call the DAF at 541.346.5433 or 1.800.WEBFOOT.
Duck Express Shuttle SHUTTLE FARE AND ROUTE INFO

Fares: Round trip bus fare will be collected at the Park and Ride locations. No fares will be collected on the return trip.

Seat Changes
We are pleased to announce the implementation of an Optional Seat Selection Process where you will be able to log into an interactive 3D real time website and view and change your seat locations. For more information, please read the Optional Seat Selection Process Explained section below.
The Ticket Office reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice. Conditions that cause changes are:
- Late orders
- Failure to maintain the required seat donation and
- Extenuating circumstances.

The Oregon Athletic Ticket Office is pleased to announce the implementation of an Seat Selection Process where season ticket holders can log into an interactive 3D, real-time website, to view and change their seat location. Participation is NOT required if season ticket holders do not wish to move seat locations.

This process is intended to give season ticket holders who want to explore the possibility of relocating or adding additional season tickets access to all available options. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions or concerns.
Duplicate Ticket Policy
There is a $10 per ticket charge for all duplicate ticket requests. Original tickets do not need to be returned to our office and there will be no refunds issued. Duck Athletic Fund members will be permitted to receive one set of duplicates without being charged. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy.
Duplicated tickets will be ready for pick-up at the Will-Call window on game-day only. Arrangements can only be made by the season ticket holder of record. A Visa, Mastercard or Discover card number must be provided at the time of your duplicate ticket request. Thank you for your adherence to the duplicate policy as we continue to make Autzen Stadium one of the best game-day environments in the nation.
Accessible Seating
Due to the high demand of wheelchair accessible seating in Autzen Stadium and new ADA regulations, the Oregon Ticket Office requests that season ticket holders who purchase wheelchair accessible season tickets only use those tickets if you or your patrons are in a wheelchair. The Ticket Office will try to accommodate any requests for customers that need limited mobility seating but are not in a wheelchair. The Ticket Office reserves the right to exchange tickets the day of game if patrons seated in accessible seats do not require this seating. Customers who need to make accessible seat arrangements must contact the Ticket Office prior to the day of the game. Accessible exchanges are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee that requests for exchanges will be granted.

Address Changes: Please submit address changes on your application. It is your responsibility to inform the Oregon Athletic Ticket Office of any changes in your address by June 15, 2020. Changes made after this date will be charged a $15 handling fee.
Admission Policy: All patrons (ages 2 and up) must have a ticket to enter Autzen Stadium. Children under two years of age do not need a ticket if they are going to sit on an adult's lap.
Refunds: No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless an order cannot be filled. Refunds will not be granted due to a game time or date change

Single Game Ticket Information
Additional Home Game Orders / Away Game Orders
Season ticket holders and DAF members will be able to purchase additional single home and away game tickets online starting May 18th. Applicable patrons will receive a starting time slot to purchase these tickets. Orders quantities may be limited to accommodate as many patrons as possible.

The Facility Enhancement Fee is a fund that will ensure that all University of Oregon athletic facilities will be maintained and improved throughout the future of Oregon Athletics. All season and individual game tickets will include a Facility Enhancement Fee. Every ticket over $8 that is sold to an event at an University of Oregon Athletic facility will have a minimum $1 fee added to it. This fee goes to the payment of the bond that was used by the University for the building of Matthew Knight Arena.
